Guarantee and Returns Policy


Guarantee
LipSmack takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we and our print provider cannot be responsible for:

  • 10% difference in design printing colours, print placement & size
  • 10% difference in the actual garment colours
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size
  • Garment shrinkage in wash
  • Courier delivery timeframes when our print provider has dispatched to the correct address before the due date.


Please examine your items online carefully before placing your order.

What can be returned
Returns must comply with this Guarantee and Returns Policy.
Only items that are faulty, damaged or have a faulty print may be returned.
Once an order has been placed using the system, it's immediately added to the print production queue, and we can't edit or cancel it once it's been placed.

What can't be returned

  • No returns are accepted after 14 days of your order being received
  • items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains
  • change of mind, shipping or supplier stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size.
     

Please note: sizing measurements online are within +-2cm—anything outside of this allowance is considered faulty. Print dimensions and print placement measurements are within +-2cm and anything outside of this can be considered faulty. 

Clients must ensure that the product and artwork, quantity and shipping address is correct before payment is made. As mentioned, our print provider will not accept returns for errors made by any couriers once they have dispatched to the correct address by the due date.

Washing Instructions
Garments should not shrink if the correct washing guidelines on the labels are followed.
General care instructions are below, but always check the product label first.

  • Cold water wash
  • Gentle cycle wash
  • Wash inside-out
  • Wash only with soft items of similar colour
  • Do not use harsh chemicals like bleach or softeners
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Dry in shade
  • Do not iron directly over the print (only on reverse side if needed).


Your print should last many outings, if you look after it.

Returning a faulty item
We work hard to provide consistent, quality prints for our customers, however, if you're unhappy with the product you receive due to a print or garment fault, please follow these instructions to return/receive a new product:

Email us at LipSmack@optusnet.com.au with;

  • The date of your purchase
  • Your order number
  • What you would like to return
  • Why you want to return it
  • Some clear photos highlighting the fault when you received it.


Once we have received this email we will review your request and organise a replacement/refund with our print provider for you, if the issue meets our guarantee and return policy criteria. You may have to return the product back to LipSmack. 

Delivery Timeframes
The nature of print is that the processing, production and postage timeframes can vary, though our provider will do their best to ensure the quickest turnaround on each order. In the unlikely event that there is an error due to the couriers they use (Australia Post, Startrack, Toll Priority and Fastway) we cannot take responsibility. If you order with express shipping and your location is rural, international or not covered by the Australia Post National Express Post Network, then we cannot take responsibility for shipping timeframes.

Please order your products early, well before your event date. We want you to receive your garments on time.
